module_alignment=&#8221;left&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Team Support<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div class=\"\" dir=\"auto\">\n<div class=\"\">\n<h4><em>Experiment with a new collective power.<\/em><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">At the outset of the team building process, there is a step which is both founding and decisive for the future: the creation of a secure environment, which includes each team member and for which they will all be jointly responsible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>Within this new space, human relationships are redefined; confidence regains its place and the experience takes place, both individually and at the level of the team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>That magic involves (re)discovering collective intelligence and its power.<br \/>And it is that energy that will enable us to achieve the objective which was contractually defined beforehand, whether it entails working on vision, values or human relations. \u25a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243; text_orientation=&#8221;justified&#8221; background_layout=&#8221;dark&#8221; module_alignment=&#8221;left&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Coaching for Organizations<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<h4><em>Slight changes, big impacts.<\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The first step is to raise awareness of a disturbing truth.<br \/>Yes, in some contexts, the organizational structure can affect the organization\u2019s efficiency and undermine the staff\u2019s motivation.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>Therefore, the first step in my analysis is to observe the organization chart, the interfaces and the roles of each person; this phase gives me many ideas for action.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>To deepen my reflection, I often refer to Bern\u2019s Organizational Theory or Systemic Analysis.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>The obvious malfunctions that emerge will then be easy to fix, if that is what the management really wants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>And then, my clients\u2019 amazement and realization are systematic: indeed\u2026 just a few minor changes in the organization can bring about major positive impacts. \u25a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row use_custom_gutter=&#8221;on&#8221; module_alignment=&#8221;left&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Conferences<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h4><em>No beating around the bush.<\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">My conferences, which are concrete and authentic, are inspired by my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sagarana.fr\/en\/my-chosen-fields\/\"><strong>chosen fields<\/strong><\/a> : economic performance and well-being, management by values, corporate mindfulness, shared governance, happiness at work.<br \/>They mainly consist in sharing the experience of actions that I have been able to achieve during my career.<br \/>During these encounters, I don\u2019t hide anything, whether it be benefits or limits.<br \/>This choice of honesty often triggers the same remark from my listeners:<br \/>&#8220;With you, there\u2019s no beating around the bush!<br \/>&#8220;Of course, the rule of truthfulness is also applied during question time, which is so important, but often too short according to participants. \u25a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243;
