_builder_version=&#8221;3.0.47&#8243; parallax=&#8221;off&#8221; parallax_method=&#8221;on&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.16.1&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Working on the emergence of happiness and on consent<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">My mission with private structures and associations is to create the favorable conditions so that staff members express proposals in this area, as these aspirations go beyond the traditional framework of wage claims or means.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">My aim is to make the idea of happiness grow, get the employees to consent to that, and then make it emerge in concrete terms on a daily basis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Success in this happiness &#8220;cutting&#8221;
